Santa Lucia's founders Archie and George Simeondis established thier first location in Thompson MB in 1971. Along side his brothers, his motto above gave him the inspiration to turn his Greek and Italian restaraunt in Thompson into the best authentic Greek & Italian cuisine in Canada. And now in the United States. His recipes traveled far with him across the ocean into Canada and across North America.

We have Dine-in, catering, and delivery service. We serve pizza and pasta, as well as Greek Cuisine, and our menu includes an extensive wine menu for everyone to enjoy.
