Thank you for participating the the 2002 Edina Art Fair. The event was a true success from all aspects of attendance, art, food, entertainment and beverages. Thank you for your very professional looking booth and service. Your troupe obviously knows what they are doing and I really appreciate that.

I was especially impressed to see your tear down and clean up. You quickly removed everything from the site and even power washed the asphalt and cleaned up entirely. I look forward to your participation in 2003!

I would like to recognize the outstanding vendor, Santa Lucia, for their exceptional menu, food quality, booth presentation, and professional operation. I have been Food Chairman at Tulsa International Mayfest for 15 years and it has been a pleasure working with Alex Simeonidis for the past two years. Mayfest is the largest festival in Tulsa Oklahoma with an attendance of approximately 350,000 people. Santa Lucia was very capable at handling large crowds.

I would recommend their participation in any festival or fair setting.

I would like to highly recommend Santa Lucia for your event. As Food Chairman of Riverfest in Little Rock, Arkansas, I have had the privelege of working with them for the past four years.

Riverfest is held annually for three days over Memorial Day weekend and draws a crowd of 250,000 people. It can be stressful and chaotic and Santa Lucia has always handled it all with courtesy, grace, and good humor. Not only that, but their food is delicious and their booth presentation is wonderful!
